Drafting again.

But I'm glad since I'm working on a simpler design, but the modern-contemporary feel is still there. It's a bank with an estimated 400 sq. m. floor area (incl. 2nd floor) on a 18x30 m. lot.

I'm enthusiastic on this since I have some prior knowledge on bank layouts. But as time always squeezes everything in us, I'm going to use ACAD on my Perspective.

Right now, I'm done with my floor plan, and it's easier going through the elevations, sections & the site development plan.

Hope I'll finish this tonight once and for all and pass it tomorrow.

Well, they are the first i decided to post. I have quite a few, i'm just way too lazy to upload them all at once, and I'm also a bit shy. lol. I'll put more up soon.
